2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it:

• Contact form — name, email address, business name, selected service, and your message.
• Newsletter sign-up — email address only.

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights — cookieless, privacy-preserving tools that collect aggregated performance data (page views, load times). No personally identifiable information is collected through these tools. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may also collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of normal infrastructure operation.

We do not use advertising pixels or sell data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiry or audit request.
• To send you the SEO tips newsletter you subscribed to.
• To fulfil a service contract if you become a client.
• To protect our services from abuse (rate limiting via IP address).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing is:

• Consent — for newsletter subscriptions (you can withdraw at any time).
• Legitimate interests — to respond to contact form inquiries and to protect our services from abuse.
• Contract performance — to deliver services you have purchased.

5. Third-party services

We use the following sub-processors that may handle your data:

• Resend — transactional email delivery. Your submitted contact and newsletter data passes through Resend to reach our inbox. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights — cookieless, aggregated website analytics. No PII collected. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Upstash — Redis database used to rate-limit form submissions. IP addresses are stored temporarily to prevent abuse. See Upstash's Privacy Policy.
• Google Maps Platform — used on our map page to display local area information. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for up to 2 years or until the business relationship ends. Newsletter subscribers are removed upon unsubscribe request. Rate-limiting records (IP addresses) are automatically deleted after 1 hour. You may request deletion of any other data at any time.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from newsletter).
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security

This website uses HTTPS (TLS encryption) for all data in transit. We apply HTTP security headers including Content Security Policy, HSTS, and X-Frame-Options on every response. Form submissions are rate-limited by IP address to prevent abuse. No payment data is processed or stored on this site.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
